Kaapi is the word for coffee in many South Indian languages. But, when most people say Kaapi, they're talking about Traditional South Indian Filter Coffee (also known as Filter Kaapi or Madras Coffee) - India's most beloved coffee beverage.

This hat is a tribute to this iconic drink enjoyed by hundreds of millions of coffee lovers every single day.

We worked with Paulie Puri, a small-batch label founded by Monal and Paul, a Chicago-based couple cooking up South Asian themed apparel. Think Jalebi, Ladoo, Chai and of course, Kaapi hats/beanies!

Our Kaapi dad hat is deep coffee leaf green with "KAAPI" embroidered in soft pink across the front.
